- 7/23/12: Suspect in underground bank network arrested – Shanghai police broke up an illegal banking network recently that involved 2 billion yuan ($314 million). The main suspect, identified only as Ge, 41, is accused of illegally making 2 million yuan in two years before he was detained. The underground banking network had more than 20 accounts in Shanghai and Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces, according to investigators. In 2010, he is alleged to have developed an illegal foreign exchange network, China National Radio reported.
7/23/12: Former East Berlin Woman Gets Almost 20 Years for Fraud – (Source: Greg Gross The York Dispatch, Pa. (MCT) — A former East Berlin real-estate agent who defrauded mortgage lenders of more than $6.2million by filing false loan applications, then pocketed about $2.3 million of that money, was sentenced to nearly 20 years in prison. Joanne M. Seeley, 42, now of South Carolina, was sentenced Friday to 238 months in prison following a two-day sentencing hearing. Seeley was convicted in November of four counts each of wire fraud and money laundering.
- 7/23/12: Irish banker McAteer arrested by Anglo probe fraud squad officers – Willie McAteer is set to become the first banker prosecuted over the collapse of the toxic Anglo Irish Bank in 2008-2009. McAteer, an executive in the former rogue lender, is due in court in Ireland on fraud charges. Anglo’s former finance director was arrested this morning by fraud squad officers investigating financial irregularities at the bust bank.

The indictment charges Phillip D. Murphy, a former executive for a financial institution, with participating in a wire fraud scheme and separate fraud conspiracies from as early as 1998 until 2006.

The Two Crop Circles that Confirmed August 4th as the Divine Plan Date
We’ve been told that August 4, 2012 represents a deadline after which the initiative for staging Disclosure passes from terrestrials to galactics. What is meant by such a statement?
To say that initiative passes from those who dwell on the planet to those who are here as visitors and helpers by a certain date is to imply that there is some plan that both terrestrial and galactics are working to. If there were not a plan, there would be no basis for having deadlines.
Are the galactics who hover above the Earth following a plan? Indeed they are following a Divine Plan, as they themselves acknowledge.
The evidence of Sierra Neblina and the crop circles is that August 4, 2012 is the divine deadline by which the free will of world leaders to delay and obstruct Disclosure of the galactic presence comes to an end.
Sierra tells us that Earth officials have until August 4th before matters are taken out of their hands and pass into the hands of the galactics.
There are different levels of energy being beamed towards the Earth and different alignments of planets and August 4th is one of those alignments.
Prior to August 4th, the galactics have not been able to just come down here and land. That would have been in violation of the human planetary evolutionary processes. Past Aug. 4, the needs of the Divine Plan for Ascension take precedence over the free will of the people opposing Disclosure and First Contact.
Allegedly two crop circles state this divine deadline. The first is at Manton Drove, near Marlborough, Wiltshire, England, and appeared on June 2, 2012.
This crop circle apparently shows a polar-clock date of Saturday, August 4.
The second at Windmill Hill, near Avebury, England, was reported July 27, 2012, and points to August 4 as well.
It should be remembered that because a divine deadline for the passing of initiative from terrestrials to galactics exists on August 4 does not mean that the galactics will disclose on August 5. It simply means that the galactics need not consult terrestrials after that date but can choose a date that is maximally advantageous to them after August 4 to disclose without violating the universal Law of Free Will.
So that’s what’s meant by the notion of a divine deadline.
Divine deadlines are usually not discussed for obvious reasons of security. But the current one governing Disclosure has been publicized through crop circles. They guarantee that matters like Disclosure and First Contact will occur in a timely fashion and, once the deadline has passed, the galactics cannot be interfered with. They have given us many years to announce their presence and soon they will have their hands freed to do it themselves.
